    I consider myself pretty fit; I've dabbled with different workouts, different gyms, yoga studios, a couple personal trainers and my own home gym. Nothing could have prepared me for the work that I was going to have to put in with Dave and Kyla's guidance. There's no sugar coating, it's work, but the results are obvious and they make it feel like home. No judgment, just real work. I'm not sure why anyone would go anywhere else!
